The cadastre does not record a flat’s floor area, its street, or a house’s size. Recover derives them from official sources: floor area from co-ownership shares, the address from the state address register (1.74M points), and house dimensions from the nationwide LiDAR survey. The reconstruction value is then computed under decree 492/2004.

Classification of an address as a flat or a family house from the building’s surroundings and coordinate precision.
The authoritative address from the official register: street, number and building identifier.
