Bytero Recover™Missing property data filled in from official sources.
The cadastre does not record a flat’s floor area, its street, or a house’s size. Recover derives them from official sources: the floor area from co-ownership shares, the address from the state address register, and the house dimensions from the nationwide LiDAR survey. The reconstruction value is then computed under the statutory valuation rules.

The data missing from your records, filled in from the cadastre, LiDAR and the address register. Each value carries its source and a confidence level.
Usable floor area of a flat derived from its registered co-ownership share, with a confidence band. A flat without a registered share gets none.
Enclosed volume of a house from LiDAR measurement: footprint times ridge height, corrected for roof shape.
Built-up area of the structure from the cadastral map and the building’s measured footprint.
Number of above-ground storeys estimated from the LiDAR-measured building height.
Year of construction estimated by fusing registers and nearby buildings with a known year, with a band and a confidence.
Whether an address is a flat or a family house, read from the building’s surroundings and coordinate precision.
The address from the official register: street, number and building identifier.
How it works
Pick a point on the map or type an address; the system finds the building in the cadastre.
LiDAR geometry, cadastral shares and the address register merge into one record.
Areas, volume, year of construction and a confidence level for each value come back.
